Dominique Hagen

The Russian water colorist Dominique Hagen studied at the Moscow Academy. He worked in Moscow and exhibited there and in Saint Peterburg. He was elected to the Saint Petersburg Academy in 1860 on the strength of a watercolor, ‘Blind Ukranian Lute-Players.’
