Vase (USA), 1956

Ovoid form on slight foot, with large flaring neck. Dark red body, glazed dark brown inside. On outside, one horse with raised outlines and painted red, and another, incised against a red background. Between them, a blue tree and a sunburst like figure, both incised. Above and below, rows of incised parallel lines and dots, red, blue and yellow.
