One of two halves of a long narrow panel cut lengthwise. All-over pattern of two alternating diagonal bands: one made up of alternating dark and light squares and the other a series of curved scroll-like forms and dots (a version of the “parang” or ‘knife’ motif). Serpentine floral branches are super-imposed on the diagonal pattern. Dyed in deep indigo and rust-red.
