Snake-form belt buckle Buckle, ca. 1890

Buckle in two parts: each part is triangular in shape and is composed of entwined snakees (six snakes in each part); bodies studded wtih diamons paste, heads, with emerald and ruby paste. Buckle is mounted on a pad of white satin, one stone missing.
