Design of serpentine bands crossing each other and forming a stripe, alternating with stripes decorated with baskets of flowers from which hangs a medallion showing part of a building and crossed sprays of laurel and palm with a wreath of flowers. “a” and “b” placed side by side give complete width of paper. Printed in red and dark brown on gray.
