Hand-woven Sample (USA), before 1953

Handwoven sample with broad vertical stripes of tan and off-white. Warp is of grouped dark tan or off-white linen threads. Weft is of a hand-spun off-white cotton bouclé yarn with great variation in thickness, giving a “slubbed’ effect.
