Envelope, Miss Holloway, late 19th–early 20th century

Square cream envelope with embossed borders. There is a very wide border of floral branches that spring from the border’s center with in a frame. The center of the bordered region is large and has the following inscribed in graphite: Miss Holloway / addressed. In the upper left quarter of the recto of the envelope is a large burn, with the shadow of another burn parallel to it.
