Horizontal rectangle. Shown like 1938-88-1774. The design is a variation of that of 1938-88-1774. The central rock has the shape of a natural arch. Winged genii upon winged horses stand upon round pedestals, upon the ledges. On top of the arch is a circular base, with an inscription. Above the inscription is a trophy of arms. Dark brown framing band. Framed by gray-blue paper stripes.
