An oval covered sugar bowl with gold knop and matching oval stand. Rim of cover and stand are painted with scalloped band in gold inside of which is a thin blue band. The body of cover, bowl and inside of stand are painted with floral sprays of yellow and deep pink roses, blue ranuculusses/daisies, and yellow tulips.
